Note: As you progress, The Intruder will become more talented, and he will use an attack which could drag you into his mouth if you bite his tail. There will be one fish, though, that will eat him, but I'm not saying who.
Most of the time, he will flee, but as you play through multiple levels with the same character, you will eventually backtrack, and you will have to use a smaller fish to defeat The Intruder. Doing so will shrink him to a point where he will be smaller than you. If done correctly, he will release mushroom bubbles that you can eat. You are required to attack him by biting his tail and making him hit a land-mine. He poses a gigantic threat and must be defeated. The Intruder is the Final Boss in the game and is the weird creature that has infiltrated the oceans around you.
